Privacy Statement Information Collection and Use
Boricua Speed Shop is the sole owner of the information collected on our site (http://www.Boricuaspeedshop.com) from our visitors. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others. When visitors or site members send email inquiries to BoricuaSpeedShop, the return address is used to answer these emails. In addition, information such as name, address, email and other relevant information is collected upon placing an order with Boricua Speed Shop. The information collected from both of these actions is used strictly by Boricua Speed Shop to provide service and will not be used for any other purpose.

If we decide to change our privacy statement, we will post these changes on our web site so that our visitors are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it. If our policy of complete privacy in regards to email address ever changes, visitors will be notified of this change and be given a choice before the policy is implemented.
Return Policy
Inspection Buyer shall inspect and reconcile all inbound shipments from Boricua Speed Shop within seven (7) working days. Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be submitted to Boricua Speed Shop no more than ten (10) working days following Buyer's receipt of shipment.
Returns; Defective and Damaged Merchandise Defective and freight damaged merchandise (but only where BoricuaSpeedShop is providing shipment) may be returned to Boricua Speed Shop for full credit, but only upon verification by Boricua Speed Shop of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by Boricua Speed Shop. Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.
Returns; Exchanges; Good Merchandise Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by Boricua Speed Shop in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from Boricua Speed Shop. Accepted return will be assessed a 15% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your Boricua Speed Shop. Accepted return will be assessed a 20% restocking charge, except that BoricuaSpeedShop merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
Merchandise classified by BoricuaSpeedShop as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.
Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.
Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.
Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by BoricuaSpeedShop , for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 30 calendar days after the ship date indicated by BoricuaSpeedShop.
Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
WE care about our customers and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Product will ship from one of our warehouses in New York or Florida. The estimated shipping time is an estimate only and is not guaranteed at all times. If the item is out of stock or temporarily on backorder after you make your purchase we will send you a notice after 1-6 business days informing you about it. You will have the decision to either wait for the item to ship or get a full refund back immediately. If the estimated date is not satisfactory to your standards, please contact us before purchasing this item to ensure a prompt shipping time.
